Normal Service will be resumed

Sorry everyone - only on Thursday morning did I realise that I hadn't warned you all that I was going to be away from Wednesday evening until - well, about half an hour ago. It's the weekend of the annual Welsh Festival in Disneyland Paris, and once again I was fortunate enough to be invited to be one of the staff accompanying the trip. It's been a great trip, thanks for asking. Normally light shows and fireworks don't do a great deal for me, but I have to say that the lightshow projected on the castle at the end of the day in the main park yesterday was out of this world. The blog isn't really about my professional life, so I won't go on about the trip, but there were a few tears and lots of laughs - most of which you had to be there for in order to get the benefit from.

I'll do my best to catch up over the next few days - my sincere apologies to anyone whose appearences in any of our regular shows that I end up missing out because I'm too late to catch them on the player.

I know this isn't germaine to this topic, but when does the UK change their clocks now? Usually, Brain of Britain is on during the economics class I'm taking as a continuing education student and I listen to it afterwards, but today, I actually caught the end of it live.

Not until the last Sunday of March. Which, because the US has moved its transition earlier, means there's a three week period in which the time difference is an hour less. The clocks then go back on the last Sunday of October.

Thank you. For some reason, I thought that you guys had changed your clocks at the beginning of March in the past.
