I’ve heard on the grapevine that both Moneyball and Sitting
on A Fortune have been cancelled. I reviewed both shows in November 2021. Neither
of these ex-footballer hosted quiz games gained my full approval, but neither
of them was a complete turkey either. For me they could both have been a little
shorter and a lot more fast moving. Either would have been a decent enough
evening opener, but neither was strong enough to stand against, for the sake of
argument, Strictly Come Dancing.
